After LSU football games, they like to block off the entrance to your subdivsion, and then tell you that you can't go to your own house, atleast not with your car. Mind you, there is only one entrance to the subdivision. So, after begging them, they forbid you from being there, so if you dont leave, they can arrest you. Now, you have to park a half mile down the road at Albertson's and then walk to your house. I hate Baton Rouge police. Also, when you call and report the officer, they have no internal investigation control, and nothing gets done.

Nice area and a great place to jog and walk, minus the fact that there are no side walks and you have to run along the road.

RedStick lofts is a great attempt at urban living, which might explain why there's a waiting list to buy units. The lofts are great for professionals working downtown Baton Rouge or at LSU. Baton Rouge needs more places like this; these types of developments are trying to revitalize areas of town that were neglected long ago.

Not only is it sub-par as a garden but it also houses some of the worst "sculptures" ever to plague our campus. I avoid walking through this atrocious excuse for art no matter the cost.

Whomever wrote the above comment is obviously not a forward thinker. The lofts are fantastic. The most modern thing in baton rouge. The people that live in the lofts are great and there is a great sense of community.
